I loved the in-room Jacuzzi feature. it made for a relaxing escape after a long day. The multiple sinks in the bathroom were convenient for getting ready with my daughter. The bed was comfy, which is always a plus. On the downside, the complimentary shampoo and conditioner seemed outdated, resembling products from the 70s, and there was no decent store nearby for replacements. The lobby had a warm atmosphere, but I hoped for better breakfast options. Overall, there were aspects I enjoyed, but also areas that could use some attention.
